Does main line health have an app? ›

Main Line Health's MyChart Bedside is an easy way for you and your loved ones to access real-time information about your hospital stay. To use it, just download the MyChart app on your personal smartphone or tablet.

Why don't I see all of my lab results in MyChart? Your lab results for most tests are automatically released same day. There are some results that are exceptions and your provider will contact you outside of MyChart with those results. Patients that struggle with tech have a hard time with things like Pre-Checkin. Not customizable. Very hard to customize the solution to our organization's needs while ensuring upgrades are still possible. Not able to use facial recognition to log in as a patient/user.

You will see an exclamation point (!) next to the result if it's outside of the normal range, but that isn't necessarily a cause for concern. Your care team will review your results and discuss any follow up needed.

If your blood counts fall outside of the normal range, which is shown in the “Reference interval” column, their values will be reported in the “Flag” column with an 'L' for low and an 'H' for high.
